Hi, I run a website with a large section geared towards the visually impaired. I am starting work on a new section all about blind awareness. I'd like to have pages on things such as a blind faq, containing questions blind people are most asked by sighted people, and basic information on things blind people use such as canes, braille etc. that some one who has never met a blind person might like to learn about. If any one has any suggestions or contributions they'd like to submit, please contact me at webmaster@mbmhelp.com. I won't garentee I'll use all suggestions or contributions I recieve how ever, but I do think with input from other blind people I can make this a worthwhile section of the site.
link directly to www.aph.org and to www.independentliving.com to get information on these things you need. Aph.org has many, many resources you can learn from, while www.independentliving.com gives you information about dayly-living products. APH gives this information as well. Hope that helps
